1.) What is ISTM
ISTM is a International Syndicate members in different countries, the International companies if desires to register their Trade Marks in India they register through ISTM, It is located near the Head Office of the Trade Marks Mumbai, India in which it is very convenient to follow up the Trade Marks matters and give results as early as possible to our Syndicate Members. We take the complete Assignment of Trade Marks and other Intellectual Property matters and give feedback at our earliest.

1. Power of attorney to be downloaded from ISTM website and print on the stamp paper and send it to us by Courier, Post or Scanned it & send it by e-mail by duly signed by the authorized signatory.to Down load Power of Attorney
2. Select the Trade Marks on which goods you want to register and send us by e-mail for search
3. After the positive search, you have to Click the details and fill the columns as mentioned.to go for Details and fill the columns as mentioned and SUBMIT.
4. After receiving the details we will prepare all the papers and signed by us from your side we don’t require any documents from your side except power of Attorney.
5. We will file the Trade Mark Application at the Trade Mark Office, Mumbai and whatever documents we will receiving from Trade mark office we will scanned it and forward it to you by e-mail
